Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct all visitors to their designated department of inquiry
- Route high volume of incoming calls through electronic switchboard
- Complete data entry and provide general administrative support for Admissions team
- Perform other clerical duties and support mailroom as needed
Experience Required:
- Prefer 1 year experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
- Professionalism is a must
Skills Required:
- Possess outstanding organizational skills, excellent communications and listening abilities
- Have strong technology skills with standard software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

Instructor
Overview:
We are seeking a person with entertainment industry experience to develop and teach a course in career development – networking, resume writing, interviewing skills, job searching, and so forth. This is an adjunct position for a course that will be taught on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching classes
- General Course Management: attendance, grades, evaluations, etc.
- Developing and maintaining curriculum
ExperienceRequired:
- 4 years professional experience in the entertainment industry
- Experience as a hiring manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
Skills Required:

Student Services Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist Registrar(s) with input of class schedule each term into our student database
- Assist Registrar(s) with term course registration of enrolled students
- Process enrollment verification letters
- Process transcript Request
- Maintenance of student contact information in our student database
- Print and Distribute attendance rosters
- Input student attendance on a daily basis
- Maintenance and audit of student academic files
- Monitor & Maintain student pink slips from the Business Office and Financial Aid department.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
- Minimum two years experience in administration or registrar office at a post-secondary school or University
- Experience with students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds
- Familiarity with computer systems, especially database operations. Experience with Campus Vue preferred

- Bachelors degree
- Computer Literate (experience with student information systems)

Distribution/Copy Center Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Run copy jobs as requested by Departments, students and Distribution Center
- Cut, fold, staple, collate and bind copy jobs as needed
- Update copy logs for cost tracking
- Receive and stock purchased items
- Maintain inventory in the Distribution Center
- Deliver supplies and materials to various departments
- Prepare and distribute student computer packages
- Prepare and distribute student books and materials
- Assist students with inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Sell student store merchandise
- Other duties as assigned
- Must work 1 Saturday per month
- This position’s standard hours are from 10am to 7pm, overtime may be required as needed
Experience Required:
A highly professional individual with who is savvy, detailed-oriented, has excellent customer service and can-do attitude, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, has great organizational skills, be able to multi-task and possess a willingness to learn and take direction. This position pays $10/hr. -$12/hr. DOE.

Funds Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- • Assist in monitor of cash flow through Projection and Delinquency Reports.
- • Run monthly report of FSEOG funding level and report to Funds Manager.
- • Transmit daily import files with Ed Connect and distribute daily ISIR Reports.
- • Assist in collection of data and reporting for FISAP and IPEDS.
- • Run attendance reports to determine student eligibility at time of disbursement.
- • Mail out notification receipts to students.
- • Attend Open House and provide support as necessary.
- • Assist in cleaning up SSCR Error Report on a bi-monthly basis.
- • Enter new lenders into CampusVue and ensure that current lender information is accurate.
- • Make adjustments to loans in ELM and/or CampusVue as necessary.
- • Run SAP report weekly and provide to Funds Manager.
- • Enter parent information into CampusVue software for PLUS borrowers.
- • Work with Financial Aid Officers on resolving outstanding issue files.
- • Clerical filing as necessary.
- • Update lenders on school loan periods for academic year.
- • Coordinate effort of weekly stipend register and submission to Business Office.

- BA preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with students and internal staff

Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and prepare for payment
- Work with Department Heads in entering purchase requests for invoices received
- Follow up with Vendors for approved purchase orders without invoices
- Accrue payables as required
- Receive vendor calls and resolve discrepancies
- Update recurring bills on a quarterly basis
- Liaison with Headquarters to ensure rush requests are processed timely
- Assist Controller and Assistant Controller as neededAd-hoc reporting
Experience Required:
- At least 2 years work experience required in Accounts Payable or an Accounting environment
- Must work at least 1 Saturday per month
- Salary: $13.46 - $14.90 DOE
Skills Required:
- 40 wpm. 10-key by touch
- Excellent communication skills required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Great Plains experience preferred
