The quickest way to begin the admissions process is to download a PDF version of the LARS application. However, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader® to view and print the files.

If you are unable to access the document for any reason, please call the Admissions Department at 323.464.5200 or toll-free at 888.688.5277 to request an enrollment application. Once you receive the enrollment application, simply complete it and return it to your Admissions Representative.
